Q: What's your return policy? 

A: Due to health regulations and store policies all sales are final; therefore, we do not offer exchanges or returns. If you have further questions or concerns please reach out to us.

Q: What's the difference between Organic and Natural?

A: Our Organic products have all USDA approved organic ingredients; while our natural products do not. However; our all natural products are still: cruelty free, chemical free, alcohol free, and dye free.

 

Q: How long does it take orders to process?

A: The turn around time for orders to process is up to 48 hours. After that your order will be shipped with the shipping method selected at check-out.

Q: Can I order in bulk ?

A: Yes, to place a wholesale order please submit an inquiry via the "contact embracious" tab, located at the top of the page.

Q: What if my items arrived melted?

A: Due to differentiating weather changes, you may experience melted or liquified products. Please rest assure that the products are still safe for use. During this time please place body butters in the fridge until it has solidified. If your body scrub has melted and the oils have separated, please stir the scrub, then place in the refrigerator until it returns back to its original state.
